The other option is to complete the mail-in form and send a check made out to Pennsbury Tournament, LLC in the amount of $20.00 per shirt, please indicate size and quantity.  Mail to 510 Poppy Court, Langhorne, PA 19047.

A discount of $17.50 per shirt will apply if ten (10) or more tournament shirts are purchased totaling $175.00. Please send email pennsburytournament@gmail.com to receive a quote. Completing the Pre-Order form above will hold shirt(s) for you, payment will be accepted at each complex the day(s) our shirt staff visits.
